Glow Store ships to the United Kingdom from our fulfilment partners.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of purchase.

Delivery time
Standard delivery to the United Kingdom typically takes 7-15 business days after processing, depending on the destination and carrier. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Customs, duties and import taxes
Orders are shipped from outside the United Kingdom. For most orders, UK import VAT is collected at checkout in line with UK regulations for goods valued at £135 or less. In rare cases involving higher-value orders, additional customs duties or import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
