Refund policy

We want you to love your Glow Store purchase. If you're not satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. This policy applies to orders shipped to the United Kingdom.

How to start a return
Email us at support@glowstoreloja.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will confirm the return address and next steps by email within 2 business days.

Condition of returned items
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them, unless the item is faulty or was not as described.

Return shipping costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, in which case we cover the cost.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.

Your statutory rights
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you also have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, without giving any reason. This 30-day policy is in addition to, and does not replace, your statutory rights.
